Kablock — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

CuedLabs ("we," "our," or "us") developed Kablock, a mobile game available on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information when you use Kablock (the "App").

Kablock does not directly collect any personal data from you. However, the following third-party services integrated into the App may collect certain information:

  • Advertising Identifiers (IDFA): Google AdMob may collect your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to serve personalized ads.
  • Game Center Data: Apple Game Center may collect your player alias and game scores for leaderboard functionality. This data is managed entirely by Apple.

3. How Information Is Used

  • Advertising: Google AdMob uses advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads within the App.
  • Leaderboards: Apple Game Center uses your player alias and scores to display leaderboard rankings. This is managed by Apple.
  • Local Storage: High scores, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.

We do not sell or share your personal data. Google AdMob may share advertising data in accordance with Google's privacy policies. We do not have access to or control over the data collected by these third-party services.

Kablock is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the email below so we can take appropriate action.

7. Data Retention

All game data (high scores, settings, and preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data. Data collected by third-party services (Google AdMob and Apple Game Center) is subject to their respective retention policies.

8. Your Rights & Choices

  • Ad Tracking: You can limit or reset ad tracking by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iOS device.
  • Delete Local Data: You can delete all locally stored game data by deleting the App from your device.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
